Basic Hire Calculator

Designed with our clients' needs in mind, PCCS Indicative Basic Hire Calculator is a free tool that helps clients develop personalised claim strategies, calculate reserves, and begin credit hire negotiations. It can also serve a wider purpose such as a protocol comparator and to validate subrogated mobility solutions, all at no cost.

Users can access the calculator by registering their credentials below.

Once their credentials are verified, users can obtain the necessary rates by choosing the appropriate GTA group and region. They can compare the selected indicative rates with the known or estimated costs of credit hire by entering the name of the credit hire organisation (CHO), the number of hire days, and the cost of hire, resulting in a straightforward yet effective report.
